Sunday 4/30 Cane Bay pre Ironman clean up etc.

Sunday, 4/30 is the Cane Bay pre Ironman clean up. We’re planning to get started around 9:00am, or thereafter as people can show up.

Our regular route is two sections, running from Rust Op Twist to Cane Bay, and on to the bottom of The Beast. Depending on the total participation we’ll start groups at each end, working towards the middle, and from the middle working outwards.

After the clean up folks can get together for lunch or a dive.

Sharon Grimes will have sign up sheets for the Leatherback nesting and hatchling watches at the clean up, the dates are May 23 and July 8. Open to all CRABBS members.

The winners of Michelle at Dive Experiences drawing for the 2 tank dives are:
Sharon Grimes
Steve Grimes
Wess
Todd Hancock
Jay Clark
Chuck Bayles

Congratulations!!

Suzanne at Cane Bay Dive Shop offers discounts on dive gear, dives to CRABBS Members. She just sent in all the particulars. So, if you need them contact her or me and I’ll send them to you, there are too many to list here.

Cheers, Sarah, your secretary

April 30th is the Cane Bay clean up prior to the St. Croix Ironman Triathlon 70.3

May 7th is the St. Croix Ironman Triathlon 70.3. There will be a sign up sheet for safety diver positions. Also, we need someone to oversee the safety divers. The duty of this job will be coordination of the schedule and the distribution of the Ironman T-Shirts to the safety divers. Please consider stepping up to this job (there are extra points for this)
